Shipping from Germany to Switzerland
In your case, a German export accompanying document and Swiss import customs
are required. We would be happy to take care of all customs clearance for you.

The costs for this are 195 EUR / 200 CHF (up to 3 customs tariff numbers).
For each additional customs tariff number, an additional 6.- EUR / 6.50 CHF will be charged.

If the seller has already created the export accompanying document,
instead of the above, Costs only 150.- CHF (up to 3 customs tariff numbers).

In addition, there are the import taxes:
- possibly weight duties, depending on the Type of animal and weight (including packaging)
- for horses 2.5% Swiss VAT on the value/purchase price, on the freight costs, on customs duties and any fees
- for many other animals 7.7% Swiss VAT on the value/purchase price, on the freight costs, on customs duties and any fees
- if necessary Inspection fees or similar fees depending on the type of animal

In order to avoid customs duties, a EUR.1 document may be created in Germany,
so that no import duties are incurred. We would be happy to create the EUR.1 for you (+75 EUR / 80.- CHF).
For this we need proof that the animal is a "preferential EU origin product".

After we have prepared everything, you will then receive a step-by-step step-by-step instructions for the border of your choice, so that you
know exactly which documents you need to hand in at the customs office and where. The animal must be presented at the border.

You would then have to pay the import duties (customs duties, VAT, etc.) directly at the border at the customs office in cash or with a card.
The costs for our service would then have to be paid on site in our office in cash or by card or, by arrangement, in advance or on account (at an additional cost if your credit rating is positive).

Shipping from Switzerland to Germany
In your case, a Swiss export declaration and German import customs clearance as well as a goods ID are usually required. We would be happy to take care of all customs clearance for you.

The costs for this are 195 EUR / 200 CHF (up to 3 customs tariff numbers).
For each additional customs tariff number, an additional 6.- EUR / 6.50 CHF is charged.

In addition, there are the import duties:
- Depending on the animal species, several percent customs duties are due
- as well as usually 19% VAT on the freight and customs clearance costs, on the customs duties and on the value/selling price

In order to avoid the customs duties, a EUR.1 document may be required in Switzerland created so that no import duties are incurred. We would be happy to create the EUR.1 for you (+55 EUR / 60.- CHF).

The costs for this are 145 EUR / 150 CHF (up to 3 customs tariff numbers).
For each additional customs tariff number, an additional 6.- EUR / 6.50 CHF will be charged.

In addition, there are the import taxes:
- under certain circumstances, weight duties, depending on the animal species and weight (including packaging)
- for horses 2.5% Swiss VAT on the value/purchase price , on the freight costs, on the customs duties and any fees
- for many other animals 7.7% Swiss VAT on the value/purchase price, on the freight costs, on the Customs duties and any fees
- if applicable. Inspection fees or similar fees depending on the type of animal

In order to avoid customs duties, a EUR.1 document may be created in the sender/seller's country,
so that no import duties are incurred. To do this, you must contact a customs agency in the seller's country.
Furthermore, the foreign customs agency may also have to create an export document (export accompanying document) for you.

After we have prepared everything, you will then receive step-by-step instructions for your border Choice, so you

Shipping from a third country or EFTA country to the EU
Unfortunately we cannot currently carry out this customs clearance for you. You generally need a T1 transit document from the country from which the goods are being transported. To do this, please contact a customs agent based in the sending country. You will also need a customs agent in the destination country and usually import customs clearance. To do this, please contact a local customs agent in the destination country. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping from a third country or EFTA country to Germany
In your case, an export document and/or a transit document T1 from the country of dispatch is usually required (unless the animal
arrives by air or sea freight, in which case we need the air waybill AWB or the sea waybill Bill of Lading B/L) . This must be organized by you or the sender in advance. We can then take care of German import customs clearance for you.

The costs for this are 100 EUR (up to 3 customs tariff numbers).
For each additional customs tariff number, an additional EUR 5 will be charged.

In addition, there are the import taxes:
- depending on the animal species, several percent customs duties
- and usually 19% VAT on the freight and customs clearance costs, on the customs duties and on the value / sales price< p>
